Key Responsibilities

• Administer clinical healthcare services such as immunizations, diagnostic tests, and comprehensive medication therapy management to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will primarily work with diverse groups of patients, including those managing chronic conditions, acute illnesses, or requiring preventive care services. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution is required.
• Active pharmacist licensure in California or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical care models and patient-centered services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse patient population. Preferred Experience
• Previous experience in clinical pharmacy or hospital pharmacy settings is advantageous.
