Key Responsibilities

  • * Resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  • * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in the system.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred but not mandatory).
  • * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear, friendly, and professional tone.
  • * Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong technical acumen.
  • * Proficiency in using Apple devices and software.
  • * Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously.

  • * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • * Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues is a plus.
  • * Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly desirable.
