The role:
- Employment defense litigation matters across a variety of workplace disputes
- Advice and counsel work alongside active litigation responsibilities
- Manage cases independently from intake through resolution
- Direct client interaction and strategic case management
Requirements:
- 10–15 years of employment law experience
- California Bar admission required
- Strong employment defense background
- Ability to independently manage litigation matters
- Stable work history with demonstrated professional longevity

- Based within driving distance of Pasadena for occasional in-person meetings and firm events
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills
Compensation:
- Compensation up to approximately $250,000 depending on experience
