Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define ML problems and solutions.
- Implement and optimize MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of models.
- Conduct extensive data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure optimal performance.
- Research and prototype new machine learning techniques and technologies to enhance product capabilities.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, reusability, and documentation for ML systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model performance, scalability, and data integrity in production. Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML model deployment and scaling.
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
