As a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and assisting with our short-term rental company, Citizen Nomad. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing guest communications and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinating housekeeping and arranging amenities for our properties
  • Processing reservations and providing accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods
  • Addressing guest issues and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner
  • Managing multiple technology platforms and learning new technologies as needed
  • *Key Job Responsibilities**

• Guest and reservation management

  • Virtual property management
  • Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination
  • Addressing guest issues and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods
  • Managing multiple technology platforms and learning new technologies as needed
  • *Success Metrics**

• Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries (less than 1 hour)

  • Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency in less than 3 hours or ASAP
  • Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and goals
  • *Essential Qualifications**

• 2+ years of customer service experience

  • 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience
  • Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience with Airbnb customer service

  • Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies as needed
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Tech-savvy with experience using multiple software applications and platforms

  • Strong verbal, written, and reading skills in English
  • Excellent typing skills, including speed and accuracy
