Provide excellent customer service to insurance clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Train and mentor junior staff members on insurance processes and procedures. Adhere to company and industry standards for confidentiality and data protection. Stay current on advancements in insurance technology and software. Assist with preparing reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders. Proactively identify and recommend ways to improve insurance processes and procedures.
