Job role : Prompt Engineer Location : Remote Job type : Contract - W2 Only Duration : 12th + Months Note: we are looking for Prompt Engineer, who has hands on experience with Machine Learning, NLP, AWS, Bedrock, Gen-AI and PhD in ML/Data Science/Mathematics. Must have hands on experience with below skills:

• Multiple years of AWS experience- cloud engineering skills especially in ML.
• Multiple years of ML experience, especially in NLP.
• experience with GenAI and Bedrock.
• PhD in ML Core Skills Required
• Prompt Engineering Expertise - Experience optimizing prompts for data extraction tasks - Strong teaching ability to explain prompt engineering principles - Skill in creating reusable prompt templates and patterns - Ability to develop documentation and training materials
• LLM/GenAI Knowledge - Understanding of current GenAI capabilities and limitations - Talent for demystifying GenAI concepts for practitioners - Experience creating GenAI capability roadmaps for teams - Practical knowledge of model selection for specific use cases
• Knowledge Base Implementation - Experience building and structuring knowledge bases for LLMs - Ability to create maintainable knowledge base architectures - Focus on sustainable, manageable solutions your team can maintain - Experience with knowledge base evaluation and improvement cycles
• Agentic AI Systems - Experience designing multi-agent workflows - Skill in creating modular, understandable agent components - Ability to teach agent design principles to your team - Focus on practical, maintainable agent architectures Additional Key Qualities for Knowledge Transfer - Teaching/Mentoring: Exceptional ability to transfer knowledge while working - Documentation: Creates comprehensive, accessible documentation for future reference - Simplification: Makes complex GenAI concepts approachable for team members - Practical Focus: Emphasizes solutions your team can maintain independently - Collaborative Approach: Works alongside team members rather than in isolation - Domain knowledge of US Medical / workers compensation Insurance / PPO concepts Deliverables
