  • Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices accurately and efficiently, matching them against purchase orders and receiving reports.
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
  • Reconcile vendor statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files and records.
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment inquiries and issues.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of various financial reports as needed.
