- *Key Responsibilities**

- Assist with Password Resets, Billing Questions, and Subscription Changes**: Provide step-by-step guidance to customers on password resets, billing inquiries, and subscription changes, ensuring that all interactions are accurate and helpful.
- Use Scripted Responses and Follow SOPs to Ensure Accuracy**: Utilize our company scripts and workflows to ensure consistency and accuracy in all customer interactions.
- Document All Interactions and Escalate Complex Issues**: Document all customer interactions and escalate complex issues to our QA team for further assistance.
- Maintain Professionalism and Empathy in All Communications**: Provide exceptional support by maintaining a professional and empathetic tone in all customer interactions.
