Experienced Data Entry Clerk (Typist) - Remote | WFH Opportunity at arenaflex

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for
- Locating and inputting data for 12 specific attributes per document across approximately 330 documents
- Identifying the contract type for each document
- Finding and recording the effective date for each document
- Entering the data values into a provided worksheet
- Consulting with the Legal team as needed for any clarifications
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Meeting productivity and quality standards
- Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need
- Proficiency in Excel and experience using a MacBook
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
