What You Will Be Doing

• Overseeing the complete admissions experience for designated families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
• Evaluating inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM analytics, and AI-driven insights.
• Serving as the central contact for all parent interactions, appointment coordination, and follow-through — ensuring a concierge-level experience irrespective of final decision.
• Utilizing AI platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to sequence priorities, streamline follow-ups, and minimize manual processes.

• Navigating bureaucratic barriers — you won't be mired in interdepartmental clearances or dependent on others to move forward.

Admissions Manager Key Responsibilities Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that secures family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy. Basic Requirements

• 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with quantifiable conversion results (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
• Demonstrated success navigating high-stakes or emotionally nuanced conversations with professionalism and sensitivity.
• CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and experience stewarding multi-phase processes from inquiry to completion.
• Established competency with AI tools, automation, and task prioritization frameworks.
• Verified ability to execute details impeccably — encompassing documentation, follow-through, CRM maintenance, and intuitive judgment about confidential information.
• Located in the U.S. or Canada and eligible to work without visa sponsorship.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate family timelines.

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience in luxury retail, private banking, wealth management, or donor relations — sectors where confidentiality and refinement are essential.
• Active connections or networks within affluent family circles.
