Representative, Voice Ordering Accessibility
DoorDash is a technology and logistics company focused on empowering local economies. They are seeking a Voice Ordering Accessibility Representative to support inbound live order calls, assist accessibility needs customers, and promote positive outcomes through effective communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Support inbound live order calls for DoorDash's partner Merchants and customers
- Develop expertise in how DoorDash uses its processes & system to promote positive outcomes
- Operate with a willingness to grow with a diverse team that has a passion for what we do & the impact we are making toward this industry
- Go above & beyond to create the best ordering experience for our accessibility needs customers, including but not limited to our visually impaired customers
- Assist our accessibility needs customers with accurate order placement and local restaurant recommendations
- Securely update important account information for our accessibility needs customers, including emails and credit card information
- Provide feedback and share your ideas on how DoorDash can better the ordering customer experience
Skills
- 1-2 years of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat, open to customer-facing experience as well
- Strong written & verbal communication skills including top-notch grammar, spelling & punctuation
- Customer-obsessed & love helping others
- Work well in a team environment, contributing to a collaborative work environment where people learn from one another and continuously improve processes on behalf of users
- Remain calm under pressure! Troubleshoot problems and find speedy resolutions in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations and can determine when to escalate, and when to resolve
- Experience offering customers products or services that best meet their needs
- Within a commutable distance to our Tempe, AZ office
- Comfortable working in a PCI/DSS environment
