[Remote] Project Manager, AI-Enabled Commercial Excellence Execution & Change Managementanagement

The Project Manager, AI-Enabled Commercial Excellence Execution & Change Management will focus on designing and implementing AI-driven workflows and change management practices to enhance project execution and commercial transformation.
Responsibilities
- Designing and running experimentation cycles to improve how project work gets done
- Building and deploying AI-enabled project workflows (Copilot, automation, agent-based processes)
- Scaling agentic project management capabilities across teams
- Driving adoption through embedded change enablement (behavior-focused, not theory-heavy)
- Operating as a connector across Commercial Excellence and business functions
- Support planning, execution, adoption and measurement of Commercial Excellence initiatives across the Commercial Excellence team
- Managing projects of various scopes, budgets and duration lengths in an agile manner to produce desired results and business impact
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree (completed prior to start)
- Highschool/ GED and 1 year project management work experience
- Experience with AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, or Copilot solutions
- Strong problem-structuring and ability to operate in ambiguity
- Experience with MS Power Apps, and other workflow tools
- Certifications (PMP, Agile, AI, Lean Six Sigma)
- Knowledge of the Innovator's Method
- Change Management Certification
