What You Will Do

Assist in the creation of incurred cost submissions, forward pricing rate proposals, and quarterly reporting. Manage government rates for Power & Controls manufacturing sites that perform on FAR 15 government contracts. Validate billing rates and load billing rates into SAP. Maintain strict compliance with company policies, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Interface with DCAA and DCMA on audits, forward pricing rates, incurred cost submissions, providing well-supported documentation and analysis. Travel required around 10% as needed.

Qualifications

You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. Experience with Microsoft Excel.

We Prefer Experience summarizing complex analyses and communicating effectively to all organizational levels. Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work within required timeframes. Experience supporting internal and external audits. Experience with Microsoft Access and SAP. Familiarity with CAS, FAR, and DFARS requirements. Prior interaction with DCAA and DCMA. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
