In this pivotal Entry Level role, you will provide invaluable support and guidance to our German-speaking clients as they navigate the intricacies of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. Your expertise will enable clients to understand and leverage our innovative solutions, ensuring they make informed decisions in this rapidly changing landscape. As a consultant, you will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, addressing client inquiries, and troubleshooting any challenges that may arise with our cryptocurrency products and services. Your commitment to excellent customer service will help foster strong relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
