Experienced Part-time Chat Specialist – Automotive Industry Customer Service Representative

In this role, you'll be the face of Hirevector, engaging with customers through online conversations and turning interactions into leads that help our clients generate revenue.

• *Responsibilities As an Inbound Chat Specialist at Hirevector, you'll be responsible for
• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
• Narrowing down appointment information to schedule appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services to ensure you're well-equipped to assist customers effectively
• Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
• *Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need
• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills
• Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a helpful bonus
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
• Availability to work 4-hour time blocks daily
• Ability to attend 4 weeks of training full-time (Tuesday-Saturday, 1000 AM - 630 PM CST)
• Commitment to working a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above being preferred

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Familiarity with automotive industry products and services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
