Software Engineer (.NET / SQL / Analytics Platform) | 100% Remote | LATAM

We have partnered with a U.S.-based company focused on building internal and client-facing digital products. One of their core platforms powers analytics, attribution and large-scale data processing through dashboards and reporting tools. We are looking for a Software Engineer (.NET / SQL) to join their team and support the maintenance and evolution of this analytics platform. About the Role: This role is focused on the backend of an analytics and data processing platform built around dashboards, attribution and large-scale analytical processing. The work involves backend development, advanced SQL, troubleshooting, maintenance, investigation of data inconsistencies and operational technical support for the platform. You will navigate complex technical and business-rule scenarios that require a high level of autonomy and an investigative mindset. Initially, the focus will be on maintenance, troubleshooting and platform support, but there is room to participate in new features, automations and the technical evolution of the project. What You Will Do: Maintain and evolve the platform Investigate and fix production issues Work with complex SQL scripts and stored procedures Investigate data inconsistencies and business rules Provide operational technical support related to dashboards and data processing Work with integrations and asynchronous workflows Participate in troubleshooting and performance analysis Adjust backend features and business rules Help improve internal automations and platform workflows Requirements: Strong experience with C# and .NET (5 years +) Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, including complex scripts, stored procedures and performance optimization Experience troubleshooting production environments Intermediate English with ability to communicate in technical discussions, participate in meetings and collaborate in an international environment Nice to Have: Experience with ETL or data processing Experience working with large data volumes Experience with analytics, BI or dashboard platforms Experience with Snowflake or analytical databases Experience with asynchronous workflows Experience with integrations and APIs Familiarity with using AI tools in development and technical troubleshooting workflows Tech Stack: C# / .NET 8 ASP.NET Core MVC SQL Snowflake Azure Metabase Razor MediatR / CQRS APIs and integrations Benefits: 🏖️ Days of PTO to recharge wherever you choose. 🌟 100% remote work.
