At Westinghouse, innovation is in our DNA. We are creative. We think differently. We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day. About the role: As a Global PdM ES New Markets you will be developing and growing the Engineered Solutions (ES) business beyond the traditional Westinghouse Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) fleet. The role shapes market strategy and builds and manages a portfolio of differentiated and technology-agnostic products for non-original equipment manufacturer fleets, advanced reactors, and fusion markets, while also explicitly including the Westinghouse OEM portfolio for the Nordic Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) fleet originally developed by ASEA-Atom, later ABB Atom (acquired by Westinghouse). Further develop and maintain the Westinghouse OEM Nordic BWR Engineered Solutions portfolio, reflecting its heritage from ASEA-Atom and ABB Atom. Build and manage a portfolio of niche and technology-agnostic products for other non-OEM (new) markets, including adaptation of existing pressurized water reactor offerings where technically, economically, and regulatorily applicable, and in alignment with company priorities and applicable business processes. Define and own product roadmaps, business cases, and value propositions for new and existing offerings, and drive new product introduction from concept through deployment. Support sales, tendering, and global markets with competitive positioning, technical differentiation, and customer-focused value messaging for target opportunities, with appropriate attention to company policies, strategic fit, and cross-functional alignment. Partner with engineering, innovation, and supply chain teams to develop scalable, manufacturable, and commercially viable solutions for diverse reactor technologies. Contribute to Westinghouse positioning in advanced modular reactors, small modular reactors, fusion, and VVER markets by shaping relevant product concepts, partnerships, differentiated solutions, and qualified opportunity pipelines. Use market intelligence and cross-functional input to prioritize investments, support strategic planning, and align portfolio execution with regional and customer needs. Drive innovation initiatives and external/internal collaboration to create differentiated solutions and new business opportunities in challenging and emerging markets. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred. Typically 8+ years of experience in product management, engineering, business development, or related roles in the nuclear industry or another highly regulated industry.
