Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting requests through live chat. Provide solutions that are customer-centric, clear, and timely. Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional tone in all communications. Meet performance targets and quality standards. What You’ll Need High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven customer service experience (previous live chat experience is a plus, but not required). Strong typing skills (minimum 35 WPM). A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to help others.
