Why do we need you? We're seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for our Data Platform with deep expertise in people leadership, technical delivery, and organizational development. This role sits at the core of our Data, AI, and Infrastructure organization. What do we need from you?

• 7+ years experience leading a data and analytics engineering teams
• 10+ years of overall development - especially relating to Data Platforms and Products (SQL, Python, Java, reputed company, or strongly typed languages preferred)
• Strong understanding of Data warehousing, Batch and streaming data pipelines, Data orchestration and workflow management, Data modeling and transformation frameworks, Metadata, reputed company, and governance systems, Data observability and reliability practices

• Deep proficiency with data application development and building scalable architecture for enterprise grade data warehouses and streaming engines
