Piper Companies is seeking a Product Owner, Global Product Operations to join an industry leader in global data center and digital infrastructure services for a full-time, contract position that is fully remote . The Product Owner, Global Product Operations will be responsible for shaping and delivering internal operational products and automation that enable 24/7 operations teams to manage complex, mission‑critical infrastructure with efficiency, accuracy, and confidence. Responsibilities of the Product Owner, Global Product Operations include:

  • Own and evolve the roadmap for operational tools, workflows, and automations that improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
  • Partner closely with global and regional operations teams to translate real-world workflows into clear product requirements and backlog priorities.
  • Drive data quality governance, including dashboards, scoring models, and readiness frameworks that support trusted operational decision-making.
  • Lead prioritization and execution of site onboarding and infrastructure readiness initiatives across a global portfolio.
  • Manage and refine the product backlog, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting sprint execution and release planning.

Qualifications for the Product Owner, Global Product Operations include:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or backlog owner in an Agile or SAFe environment.
  • Background supporting internal operational tools, workflow automation, or platform integrations.
  • Strong technical aptitude with attention to detail around system reliability, data integrity, and operational edge cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders, particularly operations or other internal user groups.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on professional experience.

Compensation for the Product Owner, Global Product Operations: Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000/year (USD) Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, sick leave if required by law, and 401K This job opens for applications on 4/17/26.
