- Discuss the importance of diet and nutrition with your current clients.

- Promote personal training services through effective fitness sales and client engagement strategies
- Educate clients on anatomy, body mechanics, and health principles to ensure safe and effective workouts
- This program combines exercise with diet in order to maximize the benefits to the client.
Requirements
- Proven experience in personal training within a gym or health club setting
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics
- Ability to design effective fitness programs tailored to individual needs
- Knowledge in diet and Nutrition is a MAJOR PLUS
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to promote services confidently and professionally
- Familiarity with group fitness instruction and gym operations
- Certification in personal training or related fields; CPR/AED certification preferred
