Job Details Project Managers can live anywhere in the US with around 40% travel to project sites nationwide. We are looking for a motivated Project Manager with at least 5 years of commercial construction project management experience, ideally including restaurant, athletic club, corporate, and/or retail projects. Project Managers are responsible for managing multiple construction projects and reporting to the Vice President of Construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and quality assurance.
• Lead communication and coordination among clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal staff.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and resolve on‑site issues proactively.
• Manage change orders, project documentation, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects that meet client expectations and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Experience with fast‑track restaurant, athletic club, corporate, or retail sectors (preferred).
• Travel required, around 40% of the time depending on projects.
