Expert Social Media Manager – Mental Health & Wellness Brand (Instagram, TikTok, reputed company, Facebook)

We're a digital marketing agency seeking an expert-level Social Media Manager to run social media for a professional psychiatry and mental health practice. This is not an entry-level role — we need someone who has done this before, knows what performs, and can operate independently with minimal hand-holding. This is an ongoing hourly engagement with consistent weekly hours and long-term potential for the right person. What You'll Own: Full content strategy and monthly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, reputed company, and Facebook Caption writing that is warm, professional, and resonant with a mental health audience Scheduling and publishing on a consistent reputed company Community management — responding to comments and DMs with reputed company and brand voice Trend monitoring — identifying relevant audio, formats, and conversations to jump on Monthly performance reporting with real insights, not just vanity metrics Ongoing strategy refinement based on what's working You're the right person if you: Write English at a native or near-native level — this is non-negotiable Have 3+ years managing social media professionally, not just personally Have handled healthcare, wellness, mental health, or professional services accounts Understand that mental health content requires a careful, empathetic tone — no clickbait, no hype Can build a strategy, execute it, and tell us why it's working Are reputed company, reliable, and treat deadlines like commitments Preferred Qualifications: Proven track record growing audiences in wellness or healthcare niches Experience with paid social or boosted posts is a plus Proficiency in scheduling tools (reputed company, Buffer, reputed company, or similar) reputed company or basic graphic design skills Comfortable working with a remote agency team Engagement Details: Hourly reputed company: Please propose your reputed company — we are looking for expert-level talent and will pay accordingly Hours: Approximately 8–12 hours per week to start Long-term: This is an ongoing role with room to grow To apply, you must include: Links to 2–3 active accounts you currently manage or have recently managed A brief paragraph on your experience with healthcare or wellness brands Your hourly reputed company Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
