They are seeking a Technical Support Agent to manage customer calls, provide effective technical support, and build customer loyalty while assisting the team in achieving objectives.

  • Du dynamisme, de la diplomatie et une bonne capacité d'écoute
  • Une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques
  • Avoir accès à une connectivité Internet : des vitesses d'accès de téléchargement et de téléversement minimum de 30Mbps - plus c'est rapide, mieux c'est!
