Products Liability Associate Attorney

The role involves managing all phases of products liability litigation, including case management, motion practice, and trials, while representing clients such as manufacturers and retailers in federal and state courts.
Responsibilities
- Strong research and writing skills
- Experience in all phases of products liability litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery
- Handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
Skills
- Strong research and writing skills
- At least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience in all phases of products liability litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery
- Experience handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
- Admission to the California Bar is required
- Some experience in products liability law
- Substantive litigation experience
- Demonstrated interest in products liability law
