About Mermane Haircare Mermane Haircare LLC is a professional hair care brand with a brand new line launching thats built exclusively for licensed salon professionals and independent stylists. Our flagship product, the ManeTox™ Hair Renewal System, is a professional-grade amino acid hair renewal treatment that delivers immediate results while improving the quality of the hair over time. ManeTox™ is not sold to the general public — it is available exclusively through licensed professionals, making every stylist you introduce to this product a potential long-term client. We are growing our sales team and looking for motivated, self-driven individuals to represent Mermane Haircare in their assigned territories. The Role As an Independent Sales Representative for Mermane Haircare, you will introduce the ManeTox™ Hair Renewal System to licensed salon owners, suite stylists, and independent cosmetologists in your assigned territory. This is a fully remote, commission-only 1099 independent contractor position with no cap on earning potential. This role is ideal for someone with a real passion for all things beauty, a love for hair care, and the drive to build something meaningful. What You’ll Do
- Reach out to licensed salon professionals via phone, email, and social media to introduce the ManeTox™ Hair Renewal System
- Educate stylists and salon owners on the benefits, application, and earning potential of the ManeTox™ system
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients in your territory
- Direct interested buyers to the Mermane Professional online store to place their orders
- Collect and submit cosmetology or salon establishment license verification from all prospects
- Submit a weekly activity report every Friday to track outreach and sales progress
- Meet or exceed weekly outreach benchmarks (50+ new contacts per week)
Commission Structure This is a tiered commission-only position. Your earnings grow as your sales grow — with no ceiling. Tier 1 — Starter: 1–10 new account orders/month → 7% commission Tier 2 — Growth: 11–50 new account orders/month → 10% commission Tier 3 — Elite: 51–100 new account orders/month → 15% commission Tier 4 — Executive: 101+ new account orders/month → 20% commission Commission is paid monthly on the 15th of the following month on all completed and paid orders. Tier status is determined by new account orders. Reorders from existing accounts are paid at whatever tier rate you earn that month. Example earnings:
- 10 bottles at $400 avg = $280/month (Tier 1)
- 50 bottles at $400 avg = $2,000/month (Tier 2)
- 100 bottles at $400 avg = $6,000/month (Tier 3)
- 150 bottles at $400 avg = $12,000/month (Tier 4)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, beauty industry outreach, or professional relationship building strongly preferred
- Existing network of licensed salon professionals is a plus but not necessary
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule and workload
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and via social media
- Comfortable with remote outreach via phone calls, Instagram DMs, and email
- Reliable internet access and ability to submit weekly reports consistently
- Must be willing to sign an Independent Sales Representative Agreement prior to starting

Important This is an independent contractor (1099) position. You are not an employee of Mermane Haircare LLC. You are responsible for your own taxes and expenses. This is a commission-only role with no base salary or guaranteed income. There are zero purchases required to become a sales representative for this company, you will not be recruiting anyone, there is no inventory holding involved and we are not an MLM. simply educate your prospects, answer their questions and close the sale. we handle all orders, shipments and returns/exchanges. Representatives may not simultaneously represent, sell, or promote any other hair product brand or company while under contract with Mermane Haircare LLC.
