About the Role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk Analyst III to support privacy compliance and sensitive data request operations within a fast-paced global environment.
- This role focuses on managing high-volume case workflows related to data privacy, regulatory compliance, and personnel data handling.
- The ideal candidate has experience in privacy operations, risk management, or compliance functions and thrives in process-driven environments requiring accuracy, confidentiality, and strong execution skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Data Subject Requests (DSRs/SARs) with accuracy and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with global privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and related data protection requirements
- Maintain detailed audit trails and documentation for compliance reviews
- Partner with internal stakeholders to retrieve, review, redact, and securely deliver sensitive personnel data
- Support operational SLAs and ensure timely case resolution
- Identify and mitigate privacy and compliance risks throughout request handling processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain stability and efficiency of privacy operations
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in:
- Risk Management
- Privacy Compliance
- Data Protection
- Compliance Operations
- Privacy Operations
- Strong knowledge of:
- GDPR
- CCPA
- Global privacy regulations
- Experience handling high-volume case management workflows
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment
- Experience handling confidential or sensitive employee/personnel data
- Bachelor’s Degree required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing DSR/SAR requests in a corporate environment
- Familiarity with HR data structures or privacy automation tools
- Privacy certifications such as:
- CIPP/E
- CIPP/US
- Similar compliance/privacy certifications
