Solid understanding of reimbursement processes (public/private), prior authorizations, and specialty pharmacy workflows. Proven ability to manage complex patient cases with empathy, professionalism, and urgency. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with healthcare professionals and patients. Proficient in using CRM platforms and digital tools for case documentation and communication. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a field-based role. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the assigned territory. Why Join PSPSync? Be part of an innovative and nimble organization redefining how PSP services are delivered in Canada. Work in a collaborative and supportive team environment with opportunities for growth.
