Due to continued growth within our renewals team, we’re currently seeking a Renewals Sales Advisor to join the team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced sales professional who enjoys account management, takes a consultative approach to client interactions, and thrives when working with switch leads, because every USAY client already has cover in place. Our renewals team is committed to delivering the best possible outcomes for our clients, reviewing the most suitable options for the coming 12 months while maintaining insurer relationships and lapse rates. About the Role

As a Renewals Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and supporting existing clients, helping them review and manage their medical insurance needs year-on-year. You will build long-term relationships, provide tailored advice, and ensure each client receives the right level of cover at the right price. This role is ideally suited to someone who is motivated, highly organised, and confident in their communication style, with strong product knowledge and a consultative approach. We are flexible on working environment after successful completion of required training – we can offer hybrid, remote or working at one of our many offices throughout the UK for those that prefer an office environment. We have offices in South Cerney, Bristol, Cheltenham, London, Bournemouth and Southampton.
