About the Role
We are looking for a Workday Financial Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Financial modules. The candidate should have deep functional knowledge, capable of handling business processes, configurations, and stakeholder interactions without involvement in integrations or technical development. Key Responsibilities: Lead functional configuration of Workday Financial modules Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders Design and implement end-to-end financial business processes Support UAT, testing, and production deployment Provide post-go-live support and system enhancements Partner with finance teams for process improvements and optimization Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting standards About you null
Requirements
Required Functional Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in most or all of the following modules: Banking and Settlement Budgets Business Asset Accounting Business Asset Tracking Cash Management Common Financial Management Financial Accounting Miscellaneous Payments Organizations and Roles Supplier Accounts Suppliers Required Skills: Strong understanding of Workday Financials Experience in configuration, business process setup, and functional design Solid knowledge of finance operations and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) Experience in Workday reporting (Basic & Advanced reports) Ability to work closely with business users and stakeholders Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Workday Financials certification (Functional) Experience in end-to-end implementation or support projects Exposure to multi-entity / multi-currency environments Important Note: This role is strictly functional For those applying in the US: Please note: This position is open only to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
