Technical Project Manager
A leading technology company is hiring a Technical Project Manager to join their remote team. - Oversee the planning and implementation of large-scale, cross-team initiatives across Product and Engineering.
- Translate program objectives into detailed, actionable plans for teams.
- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs, and coordinate resolutions proactively.
- Align team activities with strategic goals, adjusting plans when priorities shift or ambiguity arises.
- Maintain structured plans, monitor progress against outcomes, and address blockers to ensure timely delivery.
*Technical Project Manager Qualifications*:
- 3-7+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs, particularly within technical or software environments.
- Strong skills in planning, prioritization, risk management, and project execution.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams and facilitate collaboration across stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery practices and team workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
