About the Role

We are looking for a GTM AI Engineer to help modernize how our revenue organization operates through AI-powered workflows, automation, and business intelligence systems. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Data, and Business Systems. You will design and build internal AI-driven solutions that improve forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, executive visibility, and go-to-market performance across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll work closely with RevOps, Finance, and GTM leadership to turn fragmented operational processes into scalable AI-enabled systems that generate insights, automate analysis, and help teams make better decisions faster. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building practical AI applications that directly impact business performance and operational scale. What You’ll Own AI Workflow & Automation Development Design and implement AI-powered workflows that improve operational efficiency and automate recurring business processes across the revenue organization. Examples may include: Weekly forecasting risk analysis Executive business review generation Pipeline health and inspection workflows Revenue performance summaries AI-generated operational insights and recommendations Automated GTM reporting and analysis You’ll continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve decision-making through AI and automation. Revenue Intelligence & Analytics Build internal intelligence systems that surface actionable insights for GTM leaders and operational teams. This includes: Forecasting risk signals Performance trend analysis Pipeline quality monitoring Territory and rep performance insights Executive-level KPI reporting Operational anomaly detection You’ll help create scalable systems that transform raw GTM data into usable business intelligence. Cross-Functional Systems Partnership Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, Finance, and Data teams to design scalable internal solutions. You’ll act as both a technical builder and strategic thought partner in modernizing how the business operates through AI. Internal Tooling & Infrastructure Build and maintain the underlying workflows, integrations, and systems powering AI-enabled GTM operations. This may include: LLM workflows and prompt systems Data pipelines and integrations API-based automations Internal reporting infrastructure Workflow orchestration tools AI agents and operational copilots What Success Looks Like Executive reporting and business reviews are largely automated Forecasting and pipeline risks are proactively surfaced through AI-driven insights Manual operational work is significantly reduced through automation GTM leaders have faster, more reliable access to performance insights Revenue data is trusted, actionable, and operationalized across teams Internal AI systems improve decision quality and execution speed New GTM initiatives can scale without operational bottlenecks What You’ll Bring 4–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Systems, Data Operations, or technical business operations roles Strong experience working with Salesforce and GTM system architecture Experience building workflows, automations, and integrations across business systems Familiarity with APIs, SQL, Python, or workflow orchestration tools Experience using AI tools, LLM platforms, or AI automation frameworks in operational environments Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical solutions Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Data teams Strong communication and stakeholder management skills High ownership mentality with the ability to move quickly in ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building internal AI tools or AI-assisted workflows Familiarity with modern AI tooling ecosystems (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, vector databases, agent frameworks, etc.) Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, Hex, or Sigma Familiarity with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Marketo, or similar platforms Experience in high-growth SaaS environments Experience operationalizing AI within business functions AI Fluency We are building an AI-enabled organization.
