About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will support purchasing operations, analyze procurement data, evaluate suppliers, and help improve overall supply chain and purchasing efficiency. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy data analysis, vendor management, and optimizing business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze purchasing data, pricing, and procurement trends
- Support vendor selection and supplier evaluation processes
- Monitor inventory levels and purchasing activities
- Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis
- Assist with contract management and supplier negotiations
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Collaborate with internal departments to support operational needs
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of procurement or supply chain processes is a plus
