Podcast Post-Production Editor (Freelance) – Remote Contract Twine United Kingdom This role is ideal for a skilled podcast post-production editor who can manage the full workflow for a weekly show exploring the intersection of work, human creativity, and emerging technologies such as AI. You will transform raw audio and video recordings from Riverside.fm into polished, publish-ready episodes distributed across major podcasting and video platforms. The position requires a proactive approach to editing, sound design, and content optimization, as well as the ability to provide constructive feedback to enhance future recordings. The initial engagement will be a paid trial episode, with the intention of establishing a long-term collaboration for at least 12 months, producing four episodes per month. Deliverables

  • Edit and mix audio and video files for each episode, ensuring high production quality.
  • Create engaging social media clips using Opus Clip.
  • Generate accurate transcripts and captions for accessibility.
  • Write concise, compelling show notes for each episode.
  • Upload final assets for review and approval.
  • Publish completed episodes to podcast platforms, YouTube, and social media channels.
  • Provide feedback to improve recording quality and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in podcast post-production, including both audio and video editing.
  • Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Familiarity with Riverside.fm recording platform.
  • Strong sound design and audio mixing skills.
  • Ability to create social media content from podcast episodes.
  • Excellent written communication for show notes and feedback.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with remote collaboration and clear, timely communication.
  • Availability for a long-term commitment, with four episodes per month.
