Senior Electrical Design Engineer
Senior Electrical Engineer | Fully Remote A growing multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is looking to add a Senior Electrical Engineer to its expanding team supporting projects across the United States. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys leading projects, mentoring teams, and working on impactful built environment projects — all within a fully remote environment. The Role: The Senior Electrical Engineer will play a key leadership role within the electrical engineering team, overseeing projects from concept through construction while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients nationwide. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading electrical engineering design and project delivery efforts
- Managing projects of varying size and complexity
- Mentoring and supporting junior engineering staff
- Coordinating with internal multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring technical excellence
- Managing project schedules, deliverables, and overall project success
What They’re Looking For:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- PE license preferred
- 10+ years of experience within the A/E consulting environment
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities
- Expertise in building electrical systems design
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
