Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing Outstanding Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service through various channels, including face-to-face, phone, and chat, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Assisting Customers with Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services, providing accurate and timely information to meet their needs.
  • Conducting Outbound Calling: Follow up on leads and promote new offerings to customers, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Accurately Entering Customer Data: Enter customer information into our system while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
  • Communicating Effectively: Communicate with customers in Spanish and English, providing clear and concise information to resolve their queries.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: Work with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Resolving Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintaining Up-to-Date Knowledge: Stay informed about products, services, and promotions, providing expert advice to customers and colleagues alike.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience in Customer Service or Sales: While experience is preferred, we're open to candidates with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, with bilingual or multilingual capabilities (especially Spanish) a plus.
  • Proficient in Data Entry: Accurate and efficient data entry skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to data protection.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: A customer-centric mindset and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively, providing creative solutions to resolve issues.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM Software: While not required, experience with CRM software is advantageous, particularly in a customer service or sales role.
