Senior UX/UI Designer - Remote

Our client is looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their innovative digital product team on a fully remote basis. This role is crucial for shaping the user experience and interface design of our client's cutting-edge applications and platforms. You will be responsible for translating user needs and business requirements into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless user journeys and exceptional product usability. Responsibilities: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and behaviors. Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize and define user flows. Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces across web and mobile platforms. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure feasibility and successful implementation of designs. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance data. Establish and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency. Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle. Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices. Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders effectively. Contribute to a culture of design excellence and innovation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design capabilities. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Experience designing for both web and mobile applications. Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of typography, color, and layout. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with remote teams. Experience with design systems is a plus.
