Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
  • Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently
  • Providing exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A personal computer with working camera and internet connection (required for remote work)
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position
  • Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
