Job Description
As a Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and providing assistance with self-service kiosk check-in and baggage handling
- Maintaining the ticket counter area and ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Investigating kiosk technology issues and communicating with IT to resolve problems
- Checking travel documents and verifying customer information
- Assisting customers with checked baggage handling and special requests
- Providing door information and directions to customers
- Performing other related duties as required
