FL Title Examiner

Conduct thorough title searches: The FL Title Examiner will be responsible for conducting detailed title searches to ensure the accuracy and completeness of property titles. This includes reviewing public records, deeds, and other legal documents. Identify and resolve title issues: The title examiner will carefully review all documents to identify any potential issues or discrepancies in the title. They will work to resolve these issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure a smooth real estate transaction. Communicate with clients and stakeholders: The title examiner will be the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding any title-related matters. They must have excellent communication skills to explain any issues or discrepancies found during the title search process. Maintain accurate records: It is crucial for the title examiner to maintain accurate and organized records of all title searches and related documents. This includes updating databases and filing systems to ensure easy access to information. Stay current with industry regulations: The FL Title Examiner must stay up-to-date with any changes in laws or regulations related to property titles. They must ensure that all title searches are in compliance with state and federal laws. Collaborate with team members: The title examiner will work closely with other members of the First American team, including attorneys, underwriters, and title agents. They must be able to collaborate effectively to resolve any title issues and ensure a seamless transaction process. Provide exceptional customer service: As a representative of First American, the title examiner must provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders. This includes being responsive, professional, and knowledgeable about title-related matters. Meet deadlines: The title examiner will be responsible for managing a high volume of title searches and must be able to meet strict deadlines.
