Sr. Financial Analyst, Strategic Sourcing – Remote New Britain, CT, USA Towson, MD, USA Valley City, OH, USA The Job: As a Sr. Financial Analyst, Strategic Sourcing, you’ll be part of our Global Supply Chain Finance team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:
- Leverage your financial expertise to drive strategic sourcing initiatives, deliver actionable insights, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.
- Provide support for weekly scorecards, monthly forecasting, audit reporting and closing as well as work on strategic projects.
- Develop and deploy scalable processes, playbooks, standardized tools, and reporting capabilities to enhance visibility, improve internal efficiencies, and facilitate achievement of business targets across the sourcing organization.
- Analyze current and historical trends in key performance indicators to inform decision-making, identify productivity opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner on special projects, key business initiatives, and supplier proposals, providing recommendations and comprehensive financial analysis to inform objective decision-making aligned with category strategies for specified categories.

- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
- 2+ plus years of prior related experience.
- Working knowledge of ERP and Financial reporting systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Essbase.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience with analytics tools such as Power BI and Alteryx.
