Job Summary

As a Senior Customer Experience Ambassador at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, addressing complex issues, and driving brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch support to customers via phone, addressing questions, concerns, and issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes of complex issues and provide guidance on compliance and policy adherence
  • Drive clarity and resolution, conveying realistic expectations and identifying the best solutions for our customers and arenaflex
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding, establishing trust and delivering difficult messages with care and sensitivity
  • Adhere to performance and metric standards, including AHT, resolution, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence, and compliance

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Senior Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team. If you have the following qualifications and skills, we encourage you to apply:

  • 3+ years of call center or relevant customer service experience
  • Customer-centric approach with high levels of empathy and emotional intelligence
  • Digital proficiency in navigating web-based and e-commerce specific software applications
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and maintain resiliency in the face of challenging situations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive clarity and resolution

Work from Home Requirements:

We offer the flexibility of working from home, but we do require the following:

  • Secure workspace with a door that closes off from noises and distractions
  • Wired Internet connection with a consistent speed of 10 mbps download and 4 mbps upload
  • Ability to work a structured schedule, including weekends, without undertaking primary care of another individual
