Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager II, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their success and satisfaction. You'll work closely with customers to understand their goals, objectives, and challenges, providing personalized support and guidance to help them derive maximum value from our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, serving as their main point of contact to ensure they derive value from the arenaflex suite of products.

  • Own and oversee the contract renewal process for customers in your assigned book of business, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing churn risk.
  • Identify customer needs and growth plans to help expand the customer footprint within arenaflex's stack of services, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate issues to internal stakeholders to get appropriate support to solve customer problems, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess the overall health of the account, identify successes and potential red flags, and provide proactive support to mitigate churn risk.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Collect data from customers to inform product development and improvement initiatives, ensuring we continue to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent related work experience.

  • 2+ years of customer success experience or related experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of effectively decreasing churn, increasing revenue, and wowing customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised or as a team member of both local office teams and wider company teams, with strong initiative, drive, and desire to succeed.
  • Previous experience working in shipping and logistics is a plus, as is knowledge of Salesforce and Zendesk.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers at all levels.

* Competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, with opportunities for OTE incentives.
