About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Cd. Juárez, Mexico. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the long-term success of our customers by delivering exceptional service, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving customer satisfaction. What You'll Do:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to understand their business needs and goals
  • Developing and executing customized success plans to drive customer adoption and growth
  • Identifying and addressing customer pain points, and providing solutions to drive customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Developing and delivering training and onboarding programs to ensure customers get the most out of our platform
  • Providing regular business reviews and insights to customers to drive business outcomes
  • Identifying and escalating customer issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our platform and its capabilities to provide expert guidance to customers

What We're Looking For:

* 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex customer data and identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Experience with customer success platforms and tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and driving customer success
  • Experience working in a cloud-based software environment, with a focus on customer success and adoption
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer data and identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Pardot
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles and best practices
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
