The Role

As an Experienced Customer Onboarding Consultant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in our go-to-market team, working closely with our Customer Success and Go-To-Market teams to drive significant impacts on our customers' adoption of our platform. You'll be responsible for delivering our unique onboarding program, Fieldguide Accelerator, to new arenaflex customers, ensuring a seamless and successful experience that maximizes their return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

* Build trust with customers through regular engagement cadences, from sales handoff to value realization

  • Guide growth by creating a plan that outlines the customer's goals and activities needed to meet those goals, with regular reviews to track progress and adapt plans where necessary
  • Build champions by cultivating customer champions and growing their Fieldguide knowledge
  • Advocate for the customer by serving as a link between the customer and arenaflex's Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales, and other cross-functional teams
  • Mitigate risks by identifying success risks and developing decisive action plans to mitigate them
  • Measure and document progress by detailing customer case studies, new use cases, and success metrics, tracking customer progress against their adoption map, and plotting customer value realization over time

What We're Looking For

* Deep industry knowledge and at least 2+ years of experience in audit, assurance, or advisory services, preferably with exposure to financial audit or risk advisory

  • A team player with a mission-first mindset, joining a hard-working team that trusts each other deeply
  • Hands-on experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar, at a top management consulting firm (preferred) or high-growth startup
  • Project management proficiency with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple customers, projects, and requests with little direct oversight
  • Executive presence and ability to influence change, with a demonstrated history of communicating effectively with customers and across internal teams
  • A bias towards action, taking ownership of projects end-to-end and seeing them through to completion with minimal direction or oversight
