Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business outcomes and adoption for our customers. You'll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and providing prescriptive guidance to help them achieve their goals. You'll bring arenaflex's best practices, innovations, and capabilities to the table, ensuring that our customers get the maximum value from their investment and use their licenses effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee customer outcomes engagement for customers in your portfolio, understanding each customer's needs and challenges

  • Ensure customers are technically healthy and on the most recent version of our product
  • Identify criteria for assisting your customers by using Success Plays in the Success Platform
  • Promote arenaflex customer success stories and processes
  • Ensure that customers obtain the maximum value from their arenaflex investment and use their licenses
  • Work with arenaflex teams to improve product adoption and increased footprint
  • Ensure any escalated client issues are resolved quickly, using resources from across the company ecosystem

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 3+ years of experience providing customer professional services or related business support to retail, manufacturing, and hospitality industries.
  • Ability to provide independent comprehensive services
  • Experience resolving issues through analysis
  • Experience in working collaboratively
  • arenaflex accreditations or certifications a plus

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with customer success platforms and tools
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
