As a Call Center Inbound Customer Service Team Member, you'll be the first point of contact for customers nationwide, helping them reunite with their beloved pets. The Opportunity

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-centric individuals to join our team in Tulsa, OK. As a Remote Customer Experience Champion, you'll have the opportunity to work from home after completing a comprehensive on-site training program in Tulsa. Our team is dedicated to providing world-class customer satisfaction, and we're committed to building a workplace where every employee feels valued and supported.

What You'll Do

As a Call Center Inbound Customer Service Team Member, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing a positive and reassuring experience for customers who may be panicked about their missing pets
  • Serving as the frontline team to help reunite pets with their pet parents
  • Adhering to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the ability to work flexible schedules, including days and evenings
  • Collaborating with a dynamic team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex's cutting-edge technology

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous call center experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire
  • A quiet designated work area at home (if working remotely)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
