Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting union members and veterans with their benefit inquiries. You'll provide information, guide them through the enrollment process, and offer ongoing support to ensure they receive the benefits that best meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, or virtual meetings

  • Explain benefit options to members and assist with enrollment
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
