The Role

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our members, providing solutions and guidance through telephone, email, and live messaging interactions. You'll represent arenaflex's values, think creatively about ways to improve our relationships with members, and assist with managing their CLEAR membership, including upselling our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as our members' primary point of contact through telephone, email, and live chat interactions

  • Think creatively about ways to improve and strengthen arenaflex's relationship with members
  • Assist members in managing their CLEAR membership, including upselling arenaflex products and services
  • Deliver effective solutions and identify problems to ensure a great member experience
  • Communicate clearly and positively with members, both verbally and in writing
  • Comply with all security and safety guidelines, policies, and procedures, and follow protocol thoroughly and consistently

Role Requirements:

* High school diploma or GED equivalent required

  • Open availability and weekends is a must
  • Requires completion of airport badging or government-screening process, and other applicable associated requirements, including a drug test
  • The position is remote but must be based in the city listed in the job title
